We do not collect any personal information. RIAT requests access to your phone's camera and photo gallery only when submitting a Damage Report. We also use your phone's location (latitude and longitude) to determine the geographical location of the damage you are reporting. No personally identifiable information is ever captured or transmitted by this app.
If you do submit a Damage Report, the photo you submit is stored in our systems and it is subject to be released under a Public Record Request.
